Umeå Folkets Hus received for the fifth time the price as "best daytime conference facility". (2002-2003-2004-2006-2008)
Criteria for the price are as follow:
1. Judgements from the guests. Measured though guest surveys.
2. Staff commitment and satisfaction. Measured though staff surveys.
3. Moment of truth. Measured through anonymous customer visits ("mysterious shopper").
4. Contact with guests. Measured through telephone, e-mail and homepage.
5. Environment and safety. Screening of the company’s plans, competence and result of environment and safety management.
